These Terms explain how you may use Magic Red Dragon Limited’s website and services. By
using the website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services
We provide the sale of trading card games, trading card game accessories, hobby supplies
and board games. We may update, suspend, or discontinue products when reasonably
necessary.

3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, follow applicable laws, and avoid misusing the
website or interfering with its operation.

4. Purchases and payments
Prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars. Payment is required at checkout unless we agree
otherwise. Orders may be cancelled if an item is unavailable or an obvious pricing error
occurs.
We offer pre-orders of trading card games. Due to the nature of the trading card game
market, the on-demand printing and allocations occasionally pre-orders cannot be fulfilled.
If that is the case you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded in the original
payment method.

5. Cancellations and refunds
Our cancellation, return, and refund rules are described in our Refund/Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Website content
Our text, branding, images, and other materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not
copy or use them without permission.

services.

We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow us to do so. To the extent
