Returns Policy

Due to the nature of trading card games we cannot accept returns for any of our in-stock
products unless they are faulty. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us
immediately with photos.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and
inspect the returned item.

Cancellation terms for pre-orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase free of charge. After that pre-
orders can be cancelled for the following 28 days incurring a 15% restocking fee. We do not
accept cancellations of pre-orders after those 28 days.
